I am a preferred lender at several new construction condominium sites throughout New York City and New Jersey, to include the Jersey Shore. Regarding Valley portfolio mortgage products, we often have low presale requirements and none if the building is Valley approved and a minimum of 5% of the units are sold and closed. We offer relationship banking mortgage interest rate discounts on our jumbo loan programs; both business and personal assets qualify toward.

More than half of my customers are first time homebuyers, to include customers purchasing both market value and affordable housing units. In our bank footprint, first time homebuyers may qualify for our Community Advantage or Community Plus Lending Programs. I regularly work with down payment assistance programs (when available) to include New Jersey Community Capital and the Homebuyer Dream Program.

I am a member of the Metropolitan Builders and Contractors Association. I have served on the Executive Board and Board of Directors. I have served as the Membership Committee Chairperson and am a past member of the Sales and Marketing Council. In addition, I am a member of the Asian Real Estate Association.
